Scott has the ability to work in most every major play in the United States by either state rules or process specific permits. Each state has different regulations and permitting requirements. Scott works with state agencies to provide leading-edge waste management technology to the oil and gas industry.
The following states have granted statewide permits for Scott or are states where Scott works under existing rules:
Scott currently has its contractor’s license and our Duro(SM) Process is allowed by the Louisiana Department of Natural Resources (DNR) rules.
Scott currently has its contractor’s license and is capable of working with the customer to obtain individual permission to use our services. Additionally, we can haul the cuttings to Texas for use in the Firmus® or Duro(SM) Processes.
The North Dakota Industrial Commission (NDIC) issued a statewide rule that allows Scott to utilize its Duro(SM) Process.
The Oklahoma Corporation Commission (OCC) granted Scott individual statewide permits for both the Firmus® and Duro(SM) Processes.
The Railroad Commission of Texas (RRC) granted mobile recycling permit number MR-0001 to Scott allowing the company to utilize our Firmus® Process. Our Duro(SM) Process is allowed under RRC Rule 3.8.
Scott currently has its contractor’s license and is capable of working with the customer to obtain individual permission to use our services.
The Wyoming Oil and Gas Conservation Commission (WOGCC) issued a statewide order permitting Scott to utilize its Firmus® and Duro(SM) Processes.
